The construction of the KG Down Transition Jacket exemplifies the performance qualities of the KG Series and sets a new standard for lightweight and packable layering. Built with 145 grams of 800 fill waterproof down, this jacket has the best warmth to weight ratio of anything in the KG line-up. This jacket easily fits over any mid-layer piece and can be worn under any of our shell pieces for when conditions are at their toughest.
Traditional down has its shortcomings when it gets wet – it loses all its lofting and insulating power and takes forever to dry. That’s why we’ve chosen a new waterproof treated down technology to overcome these faults and deliver a jacket that pushes the expectation of packable down. The exceptional insulating power of this jacket can quickly go from compressed to lofted and traps more air than lesser fills to keep you warmer and performing at a high level.
We’ve also added lightweight windproof nylon outer fabric along with a DWR finish to protect you even more when the conditions are extreme. This jacket packs into its left side pocket for easy storage. It has drawstring adjustments in the waist and hood to lock in heat more efficiently. Finished with KG and King’s logoing on the pull tabs, chest and shoulders. This jacket will thrive during long glassing sessions, testing days in the tree stand, and sleeping or lounging around camp.

How to Measure Your Shoe Size
To find out your exact shoe size, follow the instructions below to measure your foot, and then use the charts above to find the appropriate size conversions.
- Get a ruler, pen, and piece of paper.
- Place the piece of paper flat on the ground and stand on it. Make sure your foot is flat.
- Make a mark behind your heel and another in front of your longest toe. If one of your feet is larger than the other, use the longer foot to measure your size.
- Measure the distance between the two lines in inches or centimeters.
- Find your measurement on the men's size chart above to determine your correct size. If your measurement falls in between two sizes, round up.
- If you can't find your exact size but still want to purchase the shoe, we recommend going for half a size up.

Bust Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level.
Waist Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of the body between the ribs and the hips.
